How long will it take for me to receive my order?
All products will ship out within approximately one week of purchase. Each tee is a made to order piece. Pre sale product turn around times may be longer, and will be listed on the particular product.
What if I need to return my order?
So sorry the piece didn't work out! Within 14 days of purchase, we are happy to accept back clean, unwashed, and unworn articles with the tags attached. We are unable to refund apparel that is dirty, stained, impacted by cigarette smoke, makeup markings, or deodorant.
Once we receive your piece back, you will be refunded for your item on the credit or debit card you used. We can aim to exchange your order for a different size or color, but cannot guarantee it will be in stock. Be sure to take personal measurements before placing your order to find your perfect fit. Please contact us using the "let's connect" tab or via e-mail (email@example.com) to begin your return immediately.
The buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost for the exchanged apparel piece.
Will I be able to track my order? Where is it being shipped from?
Yes! Once a shipping label has been created for your order you will receive an e-mail containing a USPS tracking number. We cant wait for it to arrive too! PS, our home office is in Virginia, USA.
Is a particular tee available in v-neck, an unlisted size, or color?
At this time, our inventory is what is listed on the shop. We always love suggestions if you have a particular style/color you would like to see! We cannot promise to make it, but we would love to hear from you!
Do you do custom orders?
At this time, we do not offer custom ordering.
